My Child At School

Snowfields has a parent platform called My Child At School (MCAS). This is an online platform which is designed to share key information about your child/children’s school day and enable effective communication between parents and the school.

All our communications will be issued via the School Office and will be sent to you via MCAS. Letters and documents will also be shared with you in the same way.

How to Setup MCAS

You will receive an email from us asking you to set up an account with MCAS – the invitation code only lasts 4 hours, after this time, you will need to ask the school to send you another invitation code.

On first login to MCAS your Contact Details will be displayed. If they are correct click on the My details are correct button, if they are not click on the Update my details now button and update your Details and Save when finished.

Once you have signed in, your dashboard will look like this:

On the left hand menu there is an option for Data Collection Form, please select this option and take the opportunity to review the contact data that we hold for you and your child. You will have the option to update this information during the next two weeks, after this date you will need to contact the school to advise them of any changes.

Announcements and Important Documents will appear in either the left hand menu or will appear on the dashboard. The Academic Calendar will give you the school days for Snowfields and any inset and school holiday dates.
